Tell us how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected you.

Over the past several months, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the lives of people all around the world.  In the United States, we are currently in the midst of the crisis, with people all around the country experiencing life-altering changes. Many people have become ill or have said goodbye to loved ones. People have lost jobs and stability. First-responders, health care professionals, and other essential employees have faced dangerous and traumatic situations unique to any that they have previously encountered. Uncertainty about health, finances, and the future in-general has had an impact on mental health. The widespread cancellations of once-in-a lifetime events and celebrations, school closures, and orders to work-from-home have caused stress, disappointment, and confusion en masse.

If you have been affected in any of these ways (or others), you are invited to follow the link above and complete a brief, anonymous survey. You will have the opportunity to write your story freely, answer specific questions about your experience, or both.  The information collected will be used in research and publication addressing the many ways Covid-19 has affected us as individuals, families, and communities.
